How it Works
- Filter-based alerts: customize your alerts to trigger certain services for certain log keywords, attributes, error types, etc.
- Tag-based alerts: tag specific logger calls to trigger certain services in PagerDuty.
- Coming soon: manual code owner escalation, issue group alerts, metric threshold alerts, anomaly alerts, smart routing.
Requirements
- PagerDuty integrations require an Admin base role for account authorization. If you do not have this role, please reach out to an Admin or Account Owner within your organization to configure the integration.

Integration Walkthrough
In IUDEX
From the alerts dashboard (app.iudex.ai/alerts), click the Add to PagerDuty button in the top right.
In PagerDuty
After getting redirected to the PagerDuty integration page from IUDEX, sign into your account.
Then, select the services to which you intend to send alerts from IUDEX.
While we recommend adding as many services as you can, you can always revisit this same workflow to add more services later.
Once you’re done selecting services, click Connect button to finish setting up the integration.

How to Uninstall
